Your Psychology Service is a specialist digital therapy service, delivering sessions via video call or telephone call. Our Psychotherapists are highly trained and experienced to provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Counselling, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). We also provide clinical CBT Supervison. 


Please contact us for a free introductory call where we will explore your needs. Once you start therapy, we work in a formulation based integrative manner, meaning that we work to understand a person's experience. We then apply a number of psychological therapies that suit a persons' needs.


This will give you the opportunity to explore with a psychotherapist your current experiences and feelings. It may be a chance to have a brief account of any previous difficulties and therapeutic goals. 


This question can be really difficult to answer, as the answer may be different for each person depending on a number of factors. We do work within NICE guidance of therapy, we want our clients to be working towards their goals, coming away from therapy having the skills to support them. We will always have a session agreed where we will formally review therapy, to make sure it is as effective for you as possible. 


We are currently offering an introductory offer of £55 for a therapy session. Please let us know if you wish to block book appointments and we can discuss quotes. Clinical Supervison is currently offered at £85 per session. 


Most therapy sessions will be around 50 minutes each session. If there is a clear rationale there may be a discussion at some point about planning a 90 minute session for an adjusted fee. In most circumstances therapy is advised on a weekly basis to be as effective as possible for you to reach your goals. We can also discuss in special circumstances or dependent on the stage of therapy a session once every two weeks.  


Please check your BABCP requirements to maintain or work toward accreditation. Monthly is advised as currently sufficient for a smaller case load, which can be made more frequent if this is helpful for managing your caseload.
